Over the past three decades, we have built up an intimate knowledge of the commercial office market across London and the South East. We’ve worked across all sectors and all industries and fully understand the different requirements of different businesses.

And our market-leading property database means we have at our fingertips both on and off-market opportunities, enabling us to quickly provide you with speculative research on potential sites and costs.

Our team has a solid knowledge base in the industry, offering the following skills and expertise:

  • FCA Chartered Accountant, Doctorate in Education (specialising in organisational development), MA Interior Architecture and Design, BA (Hons) Interior Architecture, BSc (Hons) Interior Design, BA(Hons) Interior and Spatial Design, AAT NVQ level 3, BA (Hons) Marketing

  • HND Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, NVQ 4 - Construction Site Management; Building and Civil Engineering, CITB - MGRS Construction Skills Certification Scheme, Incorporated member of Chartered Institute of Building – ICIOB

  • The commercial team is trained in JCT forms of contact. The contract team is trained in First Aid and Health and Safety.
