We procure furniture for our clients via specification fee, as a tender offer or as a term contract. We work with all key manufacturers of desking, chairs, storage and soft seating. We have solutions that support open plan meeting spaces for those embarking on “Activity Based Working”. These can be provided as both standard and bespoke services. Cityspace select furniture manufacturers based upon their track record, quality, functionality, practicality and their ability to provide responsive downstream service. All our approved manufacturers offer a minimum of a 5 year guarantee and continuity of supply. The manufacturers bridge all price points, which enable us to develop schemes for all budget levels.
Bespoke
Our knowledge of cabinet makers and furniture designers allows Cityspace to provide furniture solutions for a one off application. Cityspace can provide exclusive ‘one of a kind’ products which can be styled to an individual room or setting. We are also able to create customised pieces of furniture to suit your particular spaces and décor. Framework Agreements Cityspace operates a number of annual framework agreements for office furniture supply. Our agreement can include for volume rebate discounts based upon annual purchases or for one off larger orders. We are able to provide bespoke catalogues and agree furniture standards for clients who have multiple locations. All items offered can be customised to your organisations brand colours and finishes and depending upon volume requirement, ranges can be stocked for quicker accessibility. We are able to;
